Account Policy

No. Each player is allowed only one active 7ph account. Account Access

For security, choose a password that is at least 8 characters long and includes a mix of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Do not share your password with anyone — 7ph staff will never ask for your password.

Verification

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before you can make your first withdrawal. To complete KYC, log in to your account and navigate to the Verification section. You will need to upload:

Processing Time

Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your 7ph account instantly or within a few minutes. Online banking transfers may take 15 to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing speed.

Over-the-counter deposits are usually processed within 1 to 2 hours after the transaction is confirmed by the payment partner. If your deposit has not reflected after 2 hours, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawal Process

To withdraw your winnings, log in to your 7ph account and go to the Cashier or Wallet section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred payment method, enter the amount, and confirm the request.
