These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the 7ph platform, including all games, account features, promotions, and payment services. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any real-money wagers on 7ph.

7ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. To access Real Money Play on 7ph, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one active Account on the 7ph Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 7ph reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any Bonus Funds held within those Accounts.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7ph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party or allow any other person to access your Account.
7ph will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from 7ph that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify 7ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. 7ph accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.
All activity conducted through your Account — including wagers placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorized access to 7ph support prior to the activity in question.
7ph currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). 7ph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.
The minimum deposit amount on 7ph is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though 7ph reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for compliance or risk management purposes.
Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your 7ph Account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically credited within one hour of the transaction being confirmed. 7ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 7ph reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant Account balances after this period, subject to applicable law. Players will be notified by email before any such fee is applied.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 7ph are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the point of each offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to Wagering Requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the terms of each promotion. For example, a bonus of ₱500 with a 20x Wagering Requirement must be wagered a total of ₱10,000 before withdrawal eligibility is established.
7ph reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be available to Players who have previously self-excluded, Players whose accounts are under review, or Players who have demonstrated patterns of bonus abuse.
Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse the 7ph bonus system — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent Wagering Requirements, or the use of automated software — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 7ph reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, cancel pending withdrawals, and close the Account of any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse.
Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from your Account balance without notice. It is your responsibility to review the expiry conditions of any bonus before accepting it.
All games available on the 7ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules displayed within a game and any other communication from 7ph, the game rules displayed within the game interface shall prevail.
7ph uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained professional dealers and are subject to real-time monitoring to ensure integrity.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 7ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the Player's Account. 7ph accepts no liability for losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Winnings generated from wagers placed using Bonus Funds are subject to the Wagering Requirements applicable to those Bonus Funds. Real Money wagers are not subject to Wagering Requirements unless otherwise stated.

All content on the 7ph Platform — including but not limited to the 7ph name and logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 7ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 7ph.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 7ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
7ph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7ph's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
The 7ph Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 7ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Platform or any game offered thereon.
7ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or if continued operation of your Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 7ph.
Upon termination for cause, 7ph reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds in your Account. Real Money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC verification and the deduction of any amounts owed to 7ph.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 7ph customer support. Upon receipt of a closure request, 7ph will process any remaining Real Money balance to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to KYC verification requirements. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure.
7ph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — 7ph will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the email address registered to your Account or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision, or updates required by law) may take effect immediately upon publication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 7ph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting 7ph customer support with a written description of your complaint.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory authority or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent 7ph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
